How You Can Stay Active This 'Rona' Season

I used the template from my previous post to write this one and was happy to recognize that the plans I spoke about are in motion. Before I drop "rona" plans on you, here is a brief 2020 update:


I spilled the tea on social media, but in case you missed it: my screenplay was accepted into Manhattan Film Festival this fall!

I can't wait to share this moment with my outstanding cast and crew. Once tickets are live, I will post screening information. In addition, my production team, Floor 1 submitted the project to a long list of festivals across the globe.

2020 Ring Masters Tournament (Golden Gloves)

I am registered and have been training to compete in this double elimination tournament. Finals will take place at Madison Square Garden. My pursuit towards becoming a multi-sport champion is still en-route (nothing will stop me); except, due to the COVID-19 outbreak the tournament has been postponed.


I co-wrote a cookbook along with my Dietician, Amelia Ti. Grab a .pdf version in my shop. This edition includes a grocery shopping list, seven-day meal plan, and fifty nutritious recipes that I use to prepare for upcoming competitions.

I will be taking action to provide a sanitary environment for my clients to train. Hand sanitizer and cleaning material will be available during training sessions for use.


  • Avoid shaking hands.

  • Wash hands before and after your workout.

  • Wipe down the surface of boxing gloves with a disinfectant.

  • Keep your handwraps away from the training floor when rolling.

  • To prevent the spread of bacteria, fungi, and viruses do not use communal handwraps, boxing gloves, headgear, or shinguards.

  • If you are experiencing symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, remain at home per CDC guidelines for 14-days.
