Stream a new channel on my website to access my WARM UP classes live & on-demand. The live schedule falls on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12PM EST.
WARM UP is an intense 45-minute workout incorporating striking, conditioning, and recovery moves.
To provide a relief, the first month will be FREE. Upon expiration of your trial you can continue to WARM UP with me for $19/month. $5 USD of your membership fee will be donated to a fund of your choice.
Virtual Personal Training
After my video with SELF hit 1.6M+ views and I received request(s) from all over the world, I started doing groundwork to offer online training.
Originally, I applied to ClassPass Live, The Mirror, Obe, FightCamp, Aaptiv, SWEAT, and Daily Burn to gain more professional experience - but I wasn't recruited and decided to hire myself.
The outbreak of COVID-19 certainly pushed this launch earlier than planned; however, it's an honor to finally offer a way for global prospects to access me.
For clients who prefer tailored 1-on-1 training, you can book me on FaceTime, Skype, or WhatsApp.

ACTIVE CLIENTS: If you are currently on a package, your account will be credited with a complimentary virtual session - available until the end of New York State's "PAUSE".
